Located in Jongno-gu, in a busy street, this is a very popular temple. While smaller than others. they celebrate Bhudda’s birthday here where the street becomes an market of activities and celebrating inner peace. Parades wonder the streets of Seoul and finish at this temple. It’s often decorated with lanterns across the ‘ceiling’ making a beautiful red and/or white ceiling.

Retro Gaming Bar
Located in the Hong-Dae District, this bar has everything from Xbox 1’s, PS4’s, Switch’s to Retro arcade games. Buy a drink, and enjoy the games for free. Their cocktail menu is a lot of fun. Plenty of space for a few groups including Seoul’s Pub Crawl crew who are known to stop by.
Restaurants:
Shin Migyeong Hongdae Dakgalbi
Located in Hong-Dae District, this place serves incredible Dakgalbi. Enjoy a spring onion pancake, cooked on your table while they prepare your chicken or veggie Dakgalbi. They will pour your Dakgalbi onto the hotplate with the cheese of your choice (cheddar or Mozzarella) while you get to enjoy watching that cheese fry ready to mix into your Dakgalbi. The best I’ve had!
